The SEF is provided for the lifetime of the fellowship award or until the graduate appointment is terminated, whichever comes first.

Eligibility

PhD student enrolled full-time:

  • Basic Science Department
  • Biomedical Science Program 
  • Interdisciplinary Graduate Programs in Genetics, Immunology or Neuroscience
  • Medical Scientist Training Program

*Postdoctoral Research Fellows and Postdoctoral Research Scholars are not eligible
